At Everther Global, we understand that plans can change. Whether you’re a client or a business partner, our goal is to make cancellations simple, fair, and transparent for everyone.

1. Project or Service Cancellations

If you decide to cancel a project or service:

Please inform us in writing (via email) as soon as possible.
If work has already started, we’ll assess what’s been completed and share a detailed breakdown of deliverables and time invested.
You’ll only be charged for the actual work done up to that point—nothing more.

2. Refunds

Refunds depend on how far along we are in the project:

Before Work Begins – Full refund (minus any third-party processing fees, if applicable)
In Progress – Partial refund based on completed work
Completed Projects – No refunds once the final delivery is shared

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

3. Monthly or Subscription Services

For ongoing services (like marketing, automation, or hosting):

You can cancel at any time, but please give us 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
Charges for the current month will not be refunded once services have been initiated.

4. What’s Not Covered

We cannot refund:

Payments made for third-party tools or licenses
Domain names, hosting charges, or other vendor fees
Rush services or priority add-ons after delivery

5. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us at [[email protected]] with your project name or invoice number. We’ll respond within 1 business day and walk you through the next steps.
