Who we are

Everther Global – European Tech Hub
Effective from- 01 Jan 2025

At Everther Global, we believe that a strong, respectful, and transparent work culture is the foundation of a successful team. This policy is designed to set clear expectations for all team members—whether you’re full-time, part-time, or working on a contract—while staying aligned with EU labor laws.

1. Equal Opportunity

We welcome talent from all walks of life. Everyone is treated fairly regardless of nationality, gender, religion, age, or background. What matters most to us is your skills, your attitude, and your dedication.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

All hiring is done through a structured process—interview, skills check, and reference verification. Every team member must sign a formal contract before joining, which includes role details, salary, responsibilities, and terms of work.

3. Working Hours & Leave

We follow UAE’s standard working hours and holidays. Employees are eligible for:

Annual leave as per EU law
Sick leave with valid documentation
Public holidays as observed nationally

We encourage a healthy work-life balance and respect time off when needed.

4. Performance & Reviews

Everyone’s contribution matters. We conduct regular performance check-ins to recognize efforts, share feedback, and align on goals. Promotions and raises are based on merit and contribution—not favoritism or politics.

5. Salary & Payments

Salaries are paid monthly, on time. Any delay or issue is handled seriously. Clear documentation and mutual agreement guide all financial transactions between the company and employees.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect our team to behave professionally—both with clients and within the team. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disrespectful behavior of any kind is not tolerated and will lead to action, including termination if needed.

7. Confidentiality

What happens at Everther, stays at Everther. Any sensitive data, client information, or internal material must be kept confidential—both during and after employment.

8. Resignation & Termination

If you plan to leave, we ask for at least 30 days’ notice. Likewise, if the company must end your employment, proper notice or compensation in lieu will be provided. A formal exit process will be followed for asset handover and final dues.

9. Conflict of Interest & Dual Employment

You’re expected to work only with Everther Global unless clearly approved in writing. Taking side projects that conflict with your role here or affect your performance is not permitted.

10. Grievances & Complaints

If you ever feel something isn’t right—whether it’s a team issue or something more serious—you’re encouraged to speak to HR or management. We’ll listen and handle all concerns confidentially and fairly.

11. Policy Changes

As we grow, we may update this policy. Any changes will be shared clearly with the team.

Signed,
Everther
